Upper Darby Township shall continue to be a municipal corporation
under the name of "Upper Darby Township." As used in this Charter,
the word "Township" shall mean the Home Rule Charter Township of Upper
Darby in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the Township shall be the actual boundaries
of the Township on the effective date of the Charter and as may be
lawfully changed thereafter.
