The Township shall have and may exercise any power and function
not denied by the Constitution of Pennsylvania, the General Assembly
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or this Charter.
The powers and functions of the Township shall be liberally
construed in favor of the Township. Any specific mention of powers
in this Charter shall not be construed as limiting in any way the
general powers of the Township as stated in this Article.
The Township may exercise any of its powers or perform any of
its functions and may participate in the financing thereof, jointly
or in cooperation, by contract or otherwise, with the United States
of America or any agency thereof and/or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and any political subdivision or agency thereof.
