§ 21-3 Membership.

The Community Development Authority is created pursuant to § 66.1335, Wis. Stats. The Authority shall have seven members. Two of the Commissioners shall be members of the Common Council and shall serve during their terms as Council members. Five of the Commissioners shall serve staggered terms of four years. The Commissioners shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council. The Mayor shall designate the Chair of the Authority.
