No person shall keep a billiard table, pool table, pigeon hole
table or bowling alley within the City without having obtained a license
therefor.

The sum to be paid for such license shall be as set from time
to time by the Common Council per year per each billiard table, pool
table, pigeonhole table or bowling alley, wherever kept.

Notices shall be conspicuously posted in every such saloon,
billiard hall, and bowling alley as follows: "Minors are not permitted
to play here unless accompanied by parent or guardian."
