Chapter 120 Drug-Free School Zone

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City 5-21-1990 by Res. No. 192. Amendments noted where applicable.]

The following maps, which are attached hereto and made a part hereof,[1] are officially approved as the Drug-Free School Zone Maps for Pocomoke City:

One-thousand-foot Drug-Free Safety Zone: Pocomoke Middle School.

One-thousand-foot Drug-Free Safety Zone: Pocomoke Elementary and High Schools.

Editor's Note: The Drug-Free School Zone Maps are on file in the City offices.

Said maps shall remain in effect until modified or changed by resolution of the Mayor and Council.

Copies of this chapter and the maps shall be filed with the City and shall be maintained as an official record of the City and shall also be forwarded to all law enforcement agencies within Worcester County.
