The term of office for the position of Town Superintendent is hereby changed from two years to four years.
The term of office for the position of Town Clerk is hereby changed from two years to four years.
This article is adopted subject to mandatory referendum.[1]

The elective office of Town Tax Collector is hereby abolished.
Pursuant to New York State Town Law § 36, the duties heretofore performed by the Town Tax Collector shall, upon the effective date of this section,[1] be delegated to and assumed by the office of the Town Clerk.
