Within the following districts, every dwelling hereafter erected
shall contain a minimum finished living floor area, exclusive of porches,
garages, cellars or attics, as follows:
A. Class AAA District: 1,500 square feet.
B. Class AA District: 1,500 square feet.
C. Class A District: 1,200 square feet.
D. Class B District.
(1) For a one-story dwelling: 1,000 square feet.
(2) For a dwelling having more than one story, within the limitations
for heights of dwellings set forth in Class A Residential District:
1,200 square feet.
E. Class C District.
(1) For a one-story dwelling: 1,000 square feet.
(2) For a dwelling having more than one story, within the limitation
for heights of dwellings set forth in Class A Residential District:
1,200 square feet.
Within any residential district in the Township of Washington,
no lot or plot shall have a depth of less than 95 feet.

A. No one-family dwelling constructed in any zoning district after the
effective date of this section shall have less than a one-car garage;
provided, however, that in the following zoning districts, such dwellings
shall have not less than a two-car garage: Class A District, Class
AA District, Class AAA District.
B. Any one-family dwelling having a one-car garage shall maintain said
garage primarily for the parking of motor vehicles. Any one-family
dwelling having a two-car garage shall maintain such two-car garage
for use primarily for the parking of motor vehicles. Any one-family
dwelling having more than a two-car garage shall maintain at least
a two-car garage for use primarily for the parking of motor vehicles.
C. For purposes of this section, a "garage" is defined as a structure,
attached or detached from the dwelling, designed for the parking or
storage of motor vehicles and customarily used in connection with
a residential use of the dwelling.

D. The permissible minimum size of a one-car garage shall be 200 square feet; the minimum size of a two-car garage shall be 400 square feet. The mandatory maximum shall be 20% of the building area as defined in §
580-2B of the Code with a maximum of 750 square feet.

No one-family dwelling shall have more than one kitchen.

A. Driveways, regardless of the composition of materials thereof, shall
be located on the same side as garages, and shall be no wider than
22 feet; except that circular driveways extending from a driveway
of 22 feet in width shall be no wider than 11 feet.
B. The parking of motor vehicles on residential developed lots shall
be limited to the defined driveway portion thereof. It shall be unlawful
for any residential property owner to park or permit the parking of
any motor vehicle on any lawn areas or other areas of the property
other than the driveway.
