Effective immediately, North East Township hereby appoints the
locally elected Tax Collector as North East Township's officer authorized
to provide memorandum bills, duplicate tax bills, written tax amounts
on lists as requested by mortgage service companies or others relating
to tax payments without the original bills.

Provisions, Art. I)]
A fee, as set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, per
parcel shall be charged for memorandum bills, duplicate tax bills,
and written tax amounts on lists.
North East Township Board of Supervisors may amend this fee
schedule from time to time by adoption of an appropriate resolution.

Any change in fees shall not take effect until the next election
for Tax Collector occurs and the successful candidate takes office.
All fees collected pursuant to this article shall be retained by the
duly elected local Tax Collector, in addition to any and all other
fees and commissions.
No later than March 30 of each year, the Tax Collector shall
provide to the Board of Supervisors an accounting of all fees collected
pursuant to the terms of this article during the preceding calendar
year. If any fees are due to the Township, the same shall be paid
over not less than quarterly.
