The Township has set out containers for receipt of recyclable
materials, and the materials to be deposited therein are clearly noted
on the respective containers. The deposit of any materials into the
recycling containers, other than the specific recyclable material
noted on said container, shall not be permitted, and is hereby declared
a nuisance and in violation of this article.
The Township has designated certain areas for the recycling
and composting of leaves, brush, branches and limbs. The deposit of
any materials in these areas, other than the materials specifically
authorized, shall not be permitted, and is hereby declared a nuisance
and in violation of this article. All materials must be removed from
plastic bags or other containers and the bags or containers must be
disposed of properly.
No materials, debris, garbage or recyclables shall be left at
or near the Township recycling containers, adjacent to Township property
or park, except in the appropriate containers or areas provided for
that purpose.
