The Township has set out containers for receipt of recyclable materials, and the materials to be deposited therein are clearly noted on the respective containers. The deposit of any materials into the recycling containers, other than the specific recyclable material noted on said container, shall not be permitted, and is hereby declared a nuisance and in violation of this article.
The Township has designated certain areas for the recycling and composting of leaves, brush, branches and limbs. The deposit of any materials in these areas, other than the materials specifically authorized, shall not be permitted, and is hereby declared a nuisance and in violation of this article. All materials must be removed from plastic bags or other containers and the bags or containers must be disposed of properly.
No materials, debris, garbage or recyclables shall be left at or near the Township recycling containers, adjacent to Township property or park, except in the appropriate containers or areas provided for that purpose.

Any person violating this article shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding brought before a Magisterial District Judge under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution. In default of payment thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days. Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and each section of this article that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
