[Adopted as Ch. 1, Part 2, of the 1995 Code of Ordinances]
In accordance with Section 1104 of the Borough Code,[1] authorization is hereby granted for the office of Secretary
of Oakdale Borough and Treasurer of Oakdale Borough to be held by
the same person, whenever, and so long as, Council shall appoint the
same person to both of said offices.
