Town of Swansea, MA Article II Appropriations

§ 20-3 Estimates of annual appropriations.

It shall be the duty of the selectmen to prepare and print in the annual town report a table of estimates of all annual appropriations proposed to be made at the annual town meeting. Each board or standing committee shall make out an estimate for such respective annual appropriation needed with the reasons therefor and present it to the selectmen in writing in time for such publication and not later than January 9 of each year.
