It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic
beverage or to have in his possession any open container thereof in
any public park except at functions duly authorized by the board of
selectmen.
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic
beverage, or to have in his possession any open container thereof,
while upon any public sidewalk or upon any public way or upon any
right-of-way to which the public has access or upon any private land
or place without consent of the owner or person in control thereof,
at any time.
