No land in the Town shall be used for the collection, treatment,
storage, burial, incineration or disposal of hazardous waste as defined
by MGL c. 21D of radioactive wastes, including but not limited to
wastes classified as low-level radioactive nuclear waste.
No person shall put, place or dump within the Town any refuse,
refuse liquids or waste matter obtained from or collected from septic
tanks, cesspools or any other type sanitation vault located outside
the Town. Each violation of this section shall be punishable by a
fine of $50.
