The City may participate in the Metropolitan Regional Council
covering matters in the public interest affecting the governmental
entities as participating members thereunder pursuant to Article 14-G
of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, Public Act
429 of the State of Connecticut and Chapter 46, Laws of the State
of New Jersey, approved May 18, 1962, the amendments and supplements
thereto.

(a)
The City of Plainfield has adopted the proper legislation and has
approved and executed by its duly authorized officers an inter-local
Agreement pursuant to the aforementioned laws to participate as a
member of the Regional Council.
(b)
Such Agreement is hereby adopted and by this reference made a part
of this article with the same force and effect as though set out in
full herein. The Agreement is on file and open for public inspection
and use in the office of the Clerk.
