The provisions of § 66.0435, Wis. Stats., and definitions therein are herein adopted by reference. Mobile homes built after June 15, 1976, under federal preemption standards, sometimes called "manufactured homes," fit within this article.
There is hereby imposed on each nonexempt mobile home located in the Town a monthly parking fee as determined in accordance with state statutes. Said fees shall be paid to the Town treasurer on or before the 10th day of the month following the month for which such fees are due.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish or operate upon property owned or controlled by him/her or her within the Town, a mobile home park without having first secured a license therefor from the Town Clerk. The fee for mobile home licenses shall be in an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board, plus actual Town expenses. Permit/fees shall be paid to the Town of Wescott. Such application shall be made to the Town Board and must be first approved by the Board before the Clerk shall issue the license for any new person. A mobile home park license shall expire the first day of each year. All mobile home parks shall comply with state law, including administrative code as a license condition.[1]

Any person who violates this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the forfeiture amount in the Fine and Forfeiture Schedule of the Town of Wescott that shall be as set from time to time by resolution by the Town of Wescott. For items that may result in numerous citations, each violation and each day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
