The Merit Award Board is hereby created.
The membership of the Merit Award Board shall be the Chair of
the Legislature, the Majority Leader and the Minority Leader.
The Board shall be empowered to make rules and regulations to
provide for the rewarding of County employees for suggestions which
result in a more efficient and economical operation of its government.
