The Capital Projects Committee is hereby re-established with
the following members, or their designees: the Chair of the Legislature;
the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and the ranking minority
member of the Audit and Finance Committee; the County Comptroller;
the Commissioner of Management and Budget; the Commissioner of Public
Works; and the Commissioner of General Services.
Said Committee shall report on June 1 of each year its recommendations
for the subsequent year's Capital Plan to the County Legislature and
the County Executive.
