An Economic Development Committee is created to evaluate and
make recommendations concerning all matters which the Committee may
deem appropriate relating to the adoption of local laws that have
a significant impact on travel, tourism, commerce, industry, economic
development and the local business community in Albany County.
Said Committee shall consist of nine members, and the Chairperson
of the County Legislature shall fill such appointments from the membership
of the Legislature as recommended by the Majority and Minority Leaders.
