A Special Committee on Elder Care is created.
Said Committee's jurisdiction includes evaluating and making
recommendations concerning the provision of services to the elderly
population of Albany County, including, but not limited to, all matters
which the Committee may deem appropriate relating to construction
of a new Albany County Nursing Home.
The Special Committee on Elder Care shall consist of nine members.
