There is hereby created the office of Planning Board Attorney.
The Planning Board Attorney shall represent the Planning Board
of the Borough and shall perform all duties assigned to him by the
Planning Board.
The person appointed to the office of Planning Board Attorney
shall be a duly licensed attorney in good standing in the State of
New Jersey and shall hold office for a term not exceeding one (1)
year or beyond December 31 of the year of his or her appointment.
