No member of Borough Council, the Mayor, or members of any Borough
administrative board, commission or authority shall engage in discrimination
or discriminatory acts against or with regard to any individual or
group on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, sex, religion,
ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or
expression, familial status, marital status, age, mental or physical
disability, use or guide or support animals and/or mechanical aids,
regardless of whether the conduct occurs during the discharge of official
Borough business or otherwise.
