The regulations of this district are intended to promote the
development of mobile home subdivision and the placement of mobile
homes within the district. It is further intended that the regulations
for this district provide the opportunity for mobile homes to be grouped
in a community setting of like housing types, and to prevent a scattering
of mobile homes throughout the municipality.
Upon approval by the Zoning Hearing Board, the following special exception uses are permitted, provided the use complies with the conditions listed herein and Articles
XXV and
XXVIII of this chapter. Additionally, the applicable requirements of §
250-34 of this chapter shall also apply.
A. Concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs), concentrated animal
operations (CAOs), or intensive animal husbandry operations, subject
to the requirements of Section 6.03F of this chapter.
A lot area, lot width, lot coverage, yard depths and building
height satisfying the requirements of the following table shall be
provided for every dwelling unit and/or principal nonresidential building
or use hereafter erected, altered or established in this district.

VII, the off-street parking requirements of Article
XXI shall apply where applicable to the uses permitted in this district.
Signs shall be permitted in accordance with Article
XXII of this chapter.

XIX shall apply, where applicable, as additional requirements for this district.
The environmental and energy requirements in Article
XX shall apply, where applicable, as additional requirements for this district.
