A Code regulating and controlling the construction and operation
of campgrounds and providing penalties for the violation thereof is
hereby adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-9.1 to 26:3-69.6. A copy
of the Code is annexed hereto and made a part hereof without inclusion
of the text thereof herein.

The Code established and adopted by this chapter is described
and commonly known as Chapter XI, Campgrounds, of the New Jersey Sanitary
Code (effective September 1, 1968), as amended, have been placed on
file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health and will
remain on file in that office for the use and examination of the public.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall operate a "private
campground" shall make application to the Board of Health by filing
a written request to do so with the Secretary of the Board at least
15 days prior to the commencement of business and shall pay a license
fee of $125 per year, or any part thereof. All licenses shall expire
on the last day of the calendar year in which granted.
One inspection shall be made prior to the commencement of the
operation of the "private campground" and no business shall be conducted
or occupancy permitted on the campgrounds until the Sanitary Inspector
shall have completed his inspection and endorsed on the license his
approval and the date thereof.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall operate a "private
campground" shall make application to the Board of Health by filing
a written request to do so with the Secretary of the Board within
15 days of the new calendar year and shall pay a renewal fee of $125.
All renewal licenses shall expire on the last day of the calendar
year in which granted.
One inspection shall be made during the calendar year for which
the renewal license has been granted. The number of private campgrounds
in the Township of Frankford shall be limited to three.
