a. 
Off-street parking space in amounts specified hereafter shall be provided in connection with any use of a main building in all zones. All single-family, two-family or conversion residential uses shall provide required parking area on the same lot as the principal use. Each off-street parking space shall be at least 10 feet wide and 20 feet long.
1. 
Boardinghouses or Rooming Houses: one parking space for each two guest accommodations.
2. 
Residential Uses: one space for each dwelling unit.
b. 
All parking spaces and areas shall be accessible from a driveway or curb cut.
c. 
No access area, driveway or curb cut from street to garage, carport or parking area shall exceed 12 feet in width or be less than 10 feet in width at the street line or curbline. The access opening width must be clearly defined by way of permanent fixed markers easily visible to drivers parking their vehicles and to the Police.
d. 
Any property having less than 100 feet of frontage along one street shall be limited to one driveway curb cut from that street.
e. 
Any property having 100 or more feet of frontage along one street shall be limited to two driveways or curb cuts from that street.
