[1988 Code § 150-26]
With approval of the Board of Adjustment and subject to such
conditions as it may impose, a building for a permitted use may be
erected on a lot which by reason of its limited area or odd or irregular
shape or other exceptional characteristics could not be used as a
site for a proposed building in conformity with the restrictions or
regulations established in this chapter.
