A. 
Approval of request. The Borough of Woodstown hereby approves the Reliance Fire Company's request to hold a "Coin Drop" at a designated intersection within the Borough of Woodstown. The "Coin Drop" shall be held on two nonconsecutive weekends per year with 30 days notice to the Mayor and Borough Council and the Chief of Police.
B. 
Conditions for approval. The approval authorized herein is subject to and expressly conditioned upon the following:
(1) 
The Reliance Fire Company's compliance with all rules and regulations and guidelines, promulgated by the NJDOT for charitable solicitations, including, but not limited to, the posting of any and all necessary warning signs and
(2) 
Thirty days notice of which weekend and requested intersection along with hours of operation to the Mayor and Council and Chief of Police.
C. 
Authorization to execute application; enforcement. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an application for a charitable solicitation permit for the Reliance Fire Company's "Coin Drop" provided the above stated conditions are met. The Woodstown Borough Police Department shall be responsible for supervising the Solicitation and enforcing the terms of the charitable solicitation permit issued by the NJDOT.
