Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.10, the position of Chief Financial
Officer is hereby established. Appointment to this position shall
be for a four-year term or such term as shall be fixed by New Jersey
statute, whichever is shorter. Compensation for this position shall
be fixed by the Municipal Salary Ordinance.[1]
