Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-154.6 the position of Superintendent of Public Works for the Borough of Woodstown is hereby created.
Any person who shall hold the position of Superintendent of Public Works for five years or more shall be granted tenure of office and shall continue to hold the position of Superintendent of Public Works for the Borough of Woodstown during good behavior and efficiency.
Any person who shall attain tenure in the position shall not be removed from said position except upon a public, fair and impartial hearing in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-154.6.
The position of Public Works Superintendent for the Borough of Woodstown shall be compensated under the title of Public Works Superintendent and Water Superintendent in the Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Woodstown.[1]
