A. 
All full-time employees and elected officials who receive compensation from the Borough of Woodstown must take the appropriate action to have their compensation delivered by direct deposit for all payments that come due on or after July 1, 2014 as provided in N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f(b).
B. 
Seasonal and temporary employees of the Borough of Woodstown may request an exemption from this requirement, which request must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk, approved by the municipal finance officer and a majority of Borough Council.
C. 
Full-time municipal employees may request an exemption from the requirement for direct deposit, which request must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Clerk and the Chief Financial Officer who will present same to the Mayor and Council. Mayor and Council may grant such an exemption for such cause as they deem necessary and appropriate and for such term and under such conditions as they deem necessary.
