The terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited
to wages, salaries, other compensation, benefits and hours of work,
are governed by the provisions of the respective collective bargaining
agreement for each Collective Bargaining Unit.

to wages, salaries, other compensation, benefits and hours of work,
of the Borough Administrator are governed by the provisions of the
written contract entered by and between the Administrator and the
Borough.
The terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited
to wages, salaries, other compensation, benefits and hours of work,
of the Chief of Police are governed by such Borough Ordinances as
may be adopted from time to time by the Borough Mayor and Council
subject to and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-118
and N.J.S.A. 40A:14-179.

The terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited
to wages, salaries, other compensation, benefits and hours of work,
are governed by Borough Ordinances as may be adopted from time to
time by the Borough Mayor and Council, including the Salary Ordinance
(available for review in the office of the Municipal Clerk) adopted
by the Borough, and State statutes for those titles which are governed
by same. It is the intention of the Borough that full time employees
included in this category be provided with terms and conditions of
employment at least equal to those provided to employees covered by
the Borough Employees Association Collective Bargaining Agreement
or commensurate with the requirements of State statute for any title
governed by same.

The Mayor and Council adopted Ordinance 81-11 on July 22, 1981
authorizing the execution of a deferred compensation plan between
the Borough as employer and Borough employees as employees and fiduciaries,
such as banks, savings and loans and insurance companies authorized
to do business in the State of New Jersey and to be selected and approved
by the Mayor and Council. The deferred compensation plan shall be
established and administered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 43:15B-1
et seq.

The governing body of the Borough or its designee is designated
as the fiduciary responsible for the administration of the plan and
the investment and accounting of the funds maintained thereunder.

All permanent employees of the Borough are eligible to participate
in the plan subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 43:15B-1 et seq.

The amount or percentage of deferred compensation shall be established
yearly by Resolution of the Mayor and Council.

The CFO or Treasurer of the Borough, as determined from time
to time by Resolution of the Mayor and Council, shall administer and
account for the funds maintained under the plan.

The Mayor and Council are authorized to adopt such Resolutions
as they deem appropriate to provide for a public pension for the widows,
children or other permitted recipients of volunteer firefighters,
members of first aid squads, members of rescue squads and emergency
medical technicians who die as a result of injuries sustained in the
course of performance of duty as a member of one of the above. This
authority is to be administered in accordance with the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 43:12-28.1 et seq.

The Mayor and Council adopted Ordinance 08-12 establishing a
Defined Contribution Retirement Program. The program is to be administered
in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 43:15C-1 et seq.
