Editor's Note: Pursuant to Ordinance 6-9-10 the Town of Dover
will provide fire and emergency services for the Borough of Victory
Gardens.

There shall be a Department of Public Works in the Borough of
Victory Gardens.

The Department of Public Works shall take charge and be responsible
for the removal of recyclable materials, cutting of brush, mowing
of grass, removal of snow, and the care of other public works in the
Borough subject to the orders and directions of the Mayor and Council.
