a.
No person shall keep, maintain, harbor, permit or suffer live poultry
or fowl of any kind, rabbits, hares, guinea pigs, hogs, pigs, cows
or horses in the Borough. The within prescription shall apply in the
singular as well as the plural.
b.
No live poultry or fowl of any kind, rabbits, hares or guinea pigs
shall be kept or maintained in any dwelling house or part thereof,
nor shall any of the above mentioned animals or fowl be allowed to
run at large, nor shall any such fowl or animals be kept on any property
whatsoever in the Borough. The landlord, owner, tenant and/or any
and all persons in control of the premises shall be responsible for
the due observances of this section.
