The Finance Chairperson shall have unlimited access to financial
records on any Village computer application.
Access by the Finance Chairperson shall include all information
necessary for the Finance Committee and the Board of Trustees, and
access by the Finance Chairperson to Village applications shall be
logged within the computer system itself or through maintaining a
separate log.
