A. 
The Fire Department and any other designated departments of the Village shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto affecting fire hazards, sanitation, health, water supply, sewage, garbage and waste disposal. Said agencies shall inspect, at least four times each year, each mobile home park and all the accommodations and facilities therewith. Said agencies are hereby granted the power and authority to enter upon the premises of such mobile home parks at any time for the purposes herein set forth.
B. 
The owner of each mobile home park shall fill out or cause to be filled out, on the first day of each month, a Mobile Home Park Inspection Report, a copy of which is made a part hereof by reference, and shall file said report or cause said report to be filed in a readily available and designated location in each park.
C. 
Said reports shall be retained for at least one year, except that they shall be surrendered upon demand to the inspecting agencies designated in Subsection A hereof, in which case copies need not be retained.
D. 
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to falsify or cause to be falsified any of the reports required by this chapter.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain a mobile home in the Village outside of a mobile home park which is duly licensed hereunder, except as herein specifically permitted.
B. 
The placing of one mobile home in an industrial zone may be permitted, provided that its use is for office or sleeping quarters that may be required by a firm or corporation for full-time servicing or maintenance requirements. (No mobile home may be parked in front of said industrial plant's main office and must be parked to the rear or side so as not to be conspicuous from the frontage street.)
C. 
It shall be the duty of either the owner of the mobile home or the owner of the lot to pay to the Village Administrative Clerk a license fee for each permit for each mobile home located outside of a dealer-licensed mobile home park for the first year and a fee for each year thereafter. Fees shall be set from time to time by the Village Board.

D. 
A mobile home placed upon a private lot in accordance with this chapter shall be connected to the Village sanitary sewer whenever the same is available or when said sewer is not accessible, then the same shall be connected with the proper septic tank or cesspool; and said mobile homes shall be connected with electricity and shall have a fuse box concealed from the weather.
E. 
A vehicle having over 750 square feet of floor space shall not be considered a mobile home for the purpose of this chapter, but must comply with the building, electrical, plumbing and housing regulations of the Village.
