It shall be unlawful for the owner or person in control of any animal of any type to walk, lead, or otherwise allow any animal of any type to enter Town Park, except in such areas of Town Park which may, from time to time, be specifically designated as an area where animals are permitted as set forth in § 2-402 of this chapter.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or person in control of any animal of any type to cause or allow such animal, at any time, to enter or be upon any of the portion of Town Park which extends north of the southern cartway of Fort McClure Boulevard, but it shall not be unlawful for the owner or person in control of any household pet or small animal to cause or allow such animals to enter or be upon any of the portion of Town Park which extends south of the southern cartway of Fort McClure Boulevard, so long as such owner or person in control of the household pet or small animal shall otherwise comply with the provisions of this chapter.
2. 
In any areas of Town Park where certain animals are permitted, the owner or person in control of the household pet or small animal shall remove from Town Park property any feces deposited thereon by such household pet or small animal and properly dispose of same in an appropriate waste receptacle.

The provisions of §§ 2-401 and 2-402 of this Part shall not apply to Seeing Eye dogs or any dogs serving as guide dogs for blind persons.

Signs shall be erected at Town Park, in sufficient number and of sufficient size, to provide reasonable notice to owners and persons in control of any animal concerning the provisions of this Part.
