Traveling circuses, pet and toy parades, special events of seven
days or less, and the Bloomsburg Fair are specifically exempted from
this chapter. A permit shall be required for any traveling circus,
and application for the same shall be made 30 days in advance of the
date set for the same on a form provided by the Code Enforcement Office
of the Town of Bloomsburg.
