Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction in
a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $1,000,
together with costs of prosecution, to be paid to the use of the Town
of Bloomsburg, or to be imprisoned for not more than 10 days, or both,
with each day of violation being a separate offense.
