A.
Permit fees for all of the permits to be issued pursuant to any of the technical codes adopted in Article I of this Chapter shall be based upon the cost of construction.
1.
The fee schedule for residential construction shall be as follows:

$5.00 per $1,000.00 of construction cost from $1,000.00 to $5,000.00
|
|
plus
|
|
$3.00 per $1,000.00 of construction cost in excess of $5,000.00
|
2.
The fee schedule for commercial/industrial construction shall be
as follows:
|
$7.00 per $1,000.00 of construction cost from $1,000.00 to $5,000.00
|
|
plus
|
|
$4.00 per $1,000.00 of construction cost in excess of $5,000.00
