As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
PUBLIC RECREATION AREA
Any swimming pool, bathing beach, picnic area or fishing
boat rental business which is conducted on premises situated in the
Township and for the use of which the members of the public are required
to pay an admission price, parking fee or fee representing dues in
a so-called "club plan."
No person shall have exclusive use or reserve a portion of space
at a Township recreation area without first procuring from the Parks
and Recreation Office a facility reservation form as provided in this
article.

A rental fee plus an additional custodial deposit as provided in Chapter
152, Fees, will be charged for all activities and organizations for the use of Senior House. Should the building be left in a clean and orderly manner, the custodial deposit will be eligible for refund. Senior citizen activities, Township-sponsored programs, Township service and other nonprofit organizations will not be charged.
Reservation forms issued under this article may be revoked by
the Director of Parks and Recreation for violation of any of the provisions
of this article.
The use of amplifying systems in municipal recreation areas
is prohibited except for Township-sponsored activities.
