As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PUBLIC RECREATION AREA
Any swimming pool, bathing beach, picnic area or fishing boat rental business which is conducted on premises situated in the Township and for the use of which the members of the public are required to pay an admission price, parking fee or fee representing dues in a so-called "club plan."
No person shall have exclusive use or reserve a portion of space at a Township recreation area without first procuring from the Parks and Recreation Office a facility reservation form as provided in this article.
A. 
Applications for reservation forms under this article shall be made to the Parks and Recreation Office in writing and shall contain the following information:
(1) 
The name of the person applying for the reservation form.
(2) 
The facility needed.
(3) 
A narrative description of the business to be conducted on the licensed premises.
(4) 
Proposed hours of operation.
(5) 
Special equipment needed.
B. 
The Director of Parks and Recreation may also require any other information not specifically enumerated above which may be designed to provide the Township with a clearer understanding of the proposed use.

A rental fee plus an additional custodial deposit as provided in Chapter 152, Fees, will be charged for all activities and organizations for the use of Senior House. Should the building be left in a clean and orderly manner, the custodial deposit will be eligible for refund. Senior citizen activities, Township-sponsored programs, Township service and other nonprofit organizations will not be charged.
Reservation forms issued under this article may be revoked by the Director of Parks and Recreation for violation of any of the provisions of this article.
A. 
No person shall be allowed in any public recreation area between sunset and sunrise, except when events or programs authorized by the Director of Parks and Recreation are scheduled during those hours.
B. 
It shall be the responsibility of the group leader to see to it that persons using the premises conduct themselves in an orderly, peaceful manner.
The use of amplifying systems in municipal recreation areas is prohibited except for Township-sponsored activities.
