Town of Chesapeake City, MD Chapter 68 Town Property

§ 68-1 Town to own property not otherwise deeded; waiver.

All real property within the corporate boundaries of the Town not deeded to private individuals, corporations, partnerships, legal entities, or any federal, state or county government or agency shall be property of the Town unless formally waived by the Mayor and Council on a case-by-case basis.
