Any request that the Township notarize documents for third parties
must be made directly to a member of the Board of Supervisors who
may, in such member's discretion, determine whether notarization
of the document of a third party may be appropriate, based upon exceptional
circumstances.
The Township agrees to bear all costs related to an employee
becoming a notary, including training and licensing fees.
A Township employee shall only become a notary with permission
of the Board of Supervisors.
