In addition to any other remedy provided in this code for the enforcement of this article, the city shall have the right to enjoin any violation of this article by injunction issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the fire extinguisher service business within the corporate limits of the city without first meeting the requirements of the Texas Insurance Code, article 5.43-1, Fire Extinguishers; and 28 TAC sec. 34.501 et seq., the Fire Extinguisher Rules. It shall be unlawful for any person to act, within the corporate limits of the city, as an agent, employee or representative of any person engaged in the fire extinguisher service business without being licensed by the state.
