Editor’s note–Ordinance 9510, adopted
3/12/1992, stated in the preamble that, pursuant to an election held
on 1/18/1992, the Charter has been amended to delete all references
to the board of city development and its duties. Prior to amendment,
this chapter, which pertained to the board of city development, contained
sections 1 through 4 and had been amended 12/10/1925.
