The controlled method of water disposal from roofs shall terminate
at least 5 feet beyond the exterior foundation wall and discharge
in a manner that does not create a nuisance on the adjacent property(s)
and shall terminate no closer than 10 feet from the street right-of-way.
Sump pump pipes discharging groundwater shall terminate at least
5 feet beyond the exterior foundation wall and discharge in a manner
that does not create a nuisance on the adjacent property(s), but no
closer than 10 feet from the street right-of-way.
