These rules may be amended by the HDC subject to approval of
the Town Council.
The provisions of these rules and regulations are severable;
if any such provision or provisions shall be held invalid or unconstitutional
by any decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision
shall not impair or otherwise affect any other provision of these
rules and regulations.
