The position of Deputy Superintendent of Water and Sewer is
hereby created and established within the Township of Upper Deerfield.
The salary range for the Deputy Superintendent of Water and
Sewer of the Township of Upper Deerfield will be included within the
Township's current salary ordinance.
The position Deputy Superintendent of Water and Sewer may be
an annual appointment made by the Township Committee of the Township
of Upper Deerfield commencing on January 1 of each year and ending
on December 31 of each year for which an appointment is made or any
part thereof.
