In the DC, MDRB and RC Districts, one projecting sign may also
be permitted per lot, provided such sign meets minimum clearance over
the sidewalk as provided in the Building Code, is constructed entirely
from wood or materials with a closely similar appearance (and metal
fasteners), has a maximum sign area on each of two sides of eight
square feet, and is securely attached to the building.
