The Municipal Reapportionment Act, as foresaid, requires that
the Township of Penn be reapportioned, said reapportionment be completed
within the year following that in which the Federal Census, Decennial,
is officially reported and received by the Township of Penn from the
United States Census Bureau.
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Penn hereby reapportions
the districts in the Township of Penn so that the same shall be compact,
contiguous, and as nearly equal in population as practical.
That by passage of this chapter, the Board of Commissioners
of the Township of Penn hereby reapportion the five wards into five
separate contiguous and compact wards as shown on a map of the Township
of Penn marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto.[1]

That attached hereto and made a part hereof are descriptive
boundary lines for each Ward 1 through 5, inclusive, and the same
are attached hereto and marked Exhibit "B," and the same are incorporated
hereby reference as though more fully set forth at length herein.[1]
