The codes adopted in this title shall apply throughout the City.

by this title are adopted as published.

At least one copy of each of the codes adopted in this title,
all certified to be true copies, shall remain on file with the City
Clerk.
At least three copies of each of the codes hereby adopted, all
certified to be true copies, are now and shall remain on file with
the Mesa County Building Department.
